What is your inclement weather policy?
Cherokee Nation Cultural Tourism has access to all tour-goers information, including e-mail addresses and phone numbers. In the event of inclement weather, CNCT has the right to cancel a tour due to unsafe environmental conditions that are out of its control. Thus, CNCT will notify tours attendees at least 12 hours in advance of a cancelled tour. At this point, CNCT will work tour-goers to either reschedule the cultural tour or provide a full refund.
CNCT defines inclement weather as storm systems that contain heavy lighting, or the potential to create tornado activity, heavy sleet, ice or snow, extreme temperatures that are unsafe for outdoor activity (anything below 20 degrees Fahrenheit or anything above 105 degrees Fahrenheit).
